It was a good experience to have services. The staff was cooperative and polite, and well managed by Saadia the owner. Highly recommended from my side.
They are uncommitted and unprofessional. They have booked an air cooler one day earlier but didn't deliver it on the next day. After wasting 2 days, they called me and said that its delivery from the company has not come. If they don't know about the delivery of the product, they should not book it.Not recommended at all to buy from such uncommitted and unprofessional staff / shops. Their prices are also higher than those in the market.
I'm a designer and regularly get electronics and appliances from there... Me and my clients never had a problem with them plus you research the market and they'll end up giving you the lowest price... They even got fixed some of the stuff after warranty expired from authorised service center... They handled everything I just had to pay for the repairs that's it door to door delivery... Highly satisfied with the experience 😊
Extremely phathatic and non cooperative dealer. Bought i-zone air coolar which is there own brand. They gave us one year warranty and 10 days replacement warrenty. However the coolar motor burnt and they didn't entertained our request for repair even after 8 days of use. So my suggestion dont beleive what they say this is a trap and after sale service or liabilities are not entertained by them.
